End Taxpayer-Funded Welfare for Illegal Immigrants: Pass the Deporting Fraudsters Act

The American taxpayer is officially under siege, and the U.S. Senate is currently standing between hard-working citizens and the critical rule of law. While the House of Representatives took a historic stand by passing the Deporting Fraudsters Act of 2026 to permanently end the illegal exploitation of our public benefits, open-border advocates and Senate stall-tactics are actively trying to kill this vital legislation behind closed doors.

With the federal government spending over $1 trillion annually on welfare and social services, massive fraud rings are actively bleeding these programs dry—including shocking multi-million-dollar EBT and Medicaid fraud schemes across states like California and New York. We cannot allow Washington insiders to quietly sweep this zero-tolerance policy under the rug while our hard-earned tax dollars are stolen by foreign nationals who enter illegally, abuse our generosity, and rely on legal loopholes to escape deportation.

We, The People, cannot allow Washington insiders to quietly sweep this zero-tolerance policy under the rug while our hard-earned tax dollars are stolen.

We must act now — sign below to force an immediate Senate vote!

To the Members of the United States Senate:

We, the undersigned American citizens and taxpayers, demand that you take immediate, decisive action to defend our laws, secure our sovereignty, and protect our hard-earned financial resources.

In a definitive statement of law and order, the U.S. House of Representatives voted 231-186 to pass the Deporting Fraudsters Act of 2026. This vital legislation establishes a zero-tolerance policy for foreign nationals who manipulate, defraud, or illegally abuse American public benefits and taxpayer-funded welfare systems.

The data backing this bill is undeniable, and the threat to the American taxpayer is massive:
    • Systemic Waste: The federal government spends more than $1 trillion on welfare and social service programs each year. Estimates show that an astronomical $233 billion to $521 billion is lost to overall fraud annually.
    • Targeted Exploitation: Crime syndicates and undocumented immigrants are explicitly targeting our systems. Recent law enforcement operations arrested foreign nationals involved in SNAP skimming scams, finding them in possession of hundreds of stolen EBT cards.
    • State-Level Bleeding: According to official data, California alone lost $181 million to Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) fraud in a single scheme, while New York uncovered a single massive $120 million Medicaid fraud ring.
    • Legal Loopholes: Under current outdated laws, legal battles to remove illegal aliens convicted of wire fraud and food stamp fraud can languish in federal courts for up to 4 years. Worse, defense attorneys routinely use plea deals to avoid formal convictions, shielding criminal aliens from immigration consequences.

The solution passed by the House is simple: if a non-citizen admits to or is convicted of defrauding the United States through SNAP, Social Security, or Medicaid fraud, they are permanently inadmissible, ineligible for immigration relief, and must be deported immediately

For too long, American citizens have watched their tax dollars stretched to the brink while our borders are ignored and welfare systems are exploited. Any attempt by the Senate to stall, weaken, or block H.R. 1958 is a direct betrayal of the American taxpayer. We are watching your vote.

We, The People, demand the Senate bring the Deporting Fraudsters Act to the floor for an immediate vote and pass it without delay.

Signed,
